Multiple Problems with MXQ TV Box

    Received an MXQ TV Box as a gift. Installing and powering it on was not an issue but need help with the following problem. The error message “unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped,” popped up on the TV screen and is keeping me from entering the password. Clicking OK does not bypass the dialogue box which is a fixed and recurring popup. How do I fix this?

    I have an OTT TV BOX MXQ. I am getting alot of updates failed messages as well as errors to check log.
    I went to System and checked under all the menu selections Settings, File manager, Profiles and System info. All I get is a blank screen. I waited about 5 minutes or more and nothing came up.
    Please advise how to correct this.
